I have installed 3 or 4 different step spots and none will sync.

    what phone do you have? most android and iPhone devices have a built in health app that will track your steps and activity for you based on holding the phone or having it in your pocket of course. like for example S health for Samsung phones.

    Before getting my Fitbit I used Pacer which syncs to MFP.
