Fit bit sync

If my fit bit is syncing with my fitness pal, do I still need to add my workout to my daily entries. For example, it’s counting my steps and adjust my intake for that but then when I add my 9 round workout it allows me even more calories. I feel like it’s counting twice.

I only got my fitbit a couple of weeks ago, but from what I have gathered, Fitbit automatically syncs your steps to MFP but you need to manually input your individual workouts to MFP.

Your Fitbit will do all that for you. You do not have to add your workouts to your daily entries.

You will often not see a calorie adjustment for the full workout. Your adjustments only kick in once it's estimated that you have burned more calorie levels than your activity level has accounted for. The higher your activity level (as set in MFP), the more movement you'll have to do to begin seeing adjustments.
