New to this? So I guess I'll introduce myself. My name is Yesenia I'm 19 years old & I weigh 190. Need some tips or advice on how to eat clean & not give up when my exercise just seems so hard.

    Hey! Welcome. Remember that you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight as long as you’re in a deficit. Don’t feel like you have to eat only fresh foods, nothing processed, etc. Eat things you enjoy.
