This weeks successes: despite my monthly PLUS injuries from car accident, I’ve still managed to use the tread climber daily and thanks to the water drinking app, only one day so far I’ve missed the 77 ounces of daily water intake goal.

Good Morning 52 week group! Here is my 2nd post after week 2 weigh in! I had a great week but was by no means perfect! Drank a few days but ate well for 7 days. Also i exercised 5 days. Please wish me well for week 3!
Appetite is under control and am able to exercise for long periods. Still drinking too much and sleep is hard to come by. But I am making progress. The scale is being kind but I do not feel a big difference and do not see one at all.

This week's successes: Ate really well.
This week's challenges: Travelling saturday and sunday....all hotel food.

@Slider678 Great loss so far. Well ahead of the 1 pound per week goal. I struggle with the drinking too. I really like my beer and wine. I try to work it into my calorie allotment when I reAlly want it. Traveling is hard, but I found it I stick to the low catb, high protein options, and only look at the appetizers on a menu, I can control it better. Good luck to you.

This week's successes: I purchased a digital scale because I think my old one was inaccurate. Hopefully, that's a large factor for the weight gain. I also completed my first week of intermittent fasting of 16:8.
This week's challenges: I had a couple of hiccups with IF and ate more than I should have Friday night. Also, I'm still struggling on how to do body measurements accurately.
Next week's goal: Drink water before eating and resist the temptation to eat snacks or dessert after dinner.
