    This week's challenges: Maintain walking avg until treadmill is repaired next week. Ramp it up after that. Mix in fruit/veg.

    Current weight: 163.4 lbs (1/16/19)
    Goal weight:120 lbs
    Total challenge weight lost: 2.2 lbs
    This week's successes: Averaged 10,000 steps a day and started a Basic Strength class once a week in addition to 45 minutes of cardio machines 5x a week.
    This week's challenges: This is a holiday weekend so making sure everything I eat gets recorded and kept to my calorie allotment.

    Starting Challenge Weight: Jan 2nd 185 lbs
    CurrentWeight: 174.2 lbs
    Goal Weight 135 lbs according to my snazzy new scale. I’d be happy in the 140’s.
    Total Weight Loss: 10 lbs for sure
    This weeks successes: despite my monthly PLUS injuries from car accident, I’ve still managed to use the tread climber daily and thanks to the water drinking app, only one day so far I’ve missed the 77 ounces of daily water intake goal.
    This weeks challenge: keep up with it all. Continue to incorporate more healthy food options.

    @Tracie_Lord You are keeping up the downward trend!

    @Slider678 Great loss so far. Well ahead of the 1 pound per week goal. I struggle with the drinking too. I really like my beer and wine. I try to work it into my calorie allotment when I reAlly want it. Traveling is hard, but I found it I stick to the low catb, high protein options, and only look at the appetizers on a menu, I can control it better. Good luck to you.

    This week's successes: I purchased a digital scale because I think my old one was inaccurate. Hopefully, that's a large factor for the weight gain. I also completed my first week of intermittent fasting of 16:8.

    This week's challenges: I had a couple of hiccups with IF and ate more than I should have Friday night. Also, I'm still struggling on how to do body measurements accurately.

    Next week's goal: Drink water before eating and resist the temptation to eat snacks or dessert after dinner.
