Hi I am on a mission to drop 50 pounds. Tired of being fat. Tired of the stress and anxiety and depression that comes with being fat. Tired of not having energy for my family. I am an office worker mental health guy with an open food log. I don’t exercise much now. Thus far in two weeks I lost about 8 pounds. Hoping to get to my goal weight of 215. Started at 283. Male here. Cheers. Please have an open food log.
