What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My biggest “mini goal” right now is just to stick with this through January... and then beyond. But making it through the whole month would be a huge accomplishment for me!12

To give my knees a break from the pain! Gone from 216 to 196 and I can already feel a big difference.10

My goal is to hit 100lbs lost. I’ve got 23lbs left to go!!! I’d love to hit 100lbs by mid March. ❤️❤️❤️15

I want to feel fitter and get into a bunch of clothes that are just a bit too tight to wear at the moment. I reckon another ten pounds will get me to that point and targeting mid-February7

I have a few
1. Get into the 130s. I feel like I've been in the 140s forever. Even 139 would feel amazing at this point.
2. Keep strength training to hopefully tone up as I lose the last 10-15lbs
3. Wear a size 4 pants. I bought a pair to work into and they're close to fitting but give me a huge muffin top lol Hoping that changes soon10 -

Lose 2.3lbs by the end of January so I'll have lost 50lbs total in 6 months.13

Lose 1.8 lbs to hit my 2nd revised GW of 150 from SW of 228.3 on 1/1/16, (237.7 HW in mid 2012).
Will go to my Dr. then to see if he thinks I should lose 5 more.5 -
Fit back into my size 14 pants.... and then size 12!! I kept most of my pre-baby pants. 2 years and 2 babies later I'm ready to fit back into them!6

I’m attending a wedding this spring with a whole bunch of old college friends I haven’t seen in ages! I want to spend a stupid amount of money on a fabulous dress at Nordstrom and rock it! So many choices!!
P.s. Is it tacky to wear red?? It’s a pm wedding and it’s my color! But also want to respect the bride and not be ‘that person!’

I haven’t seen onederland since 2009....a decade. 16-17 lbs more and I will be there. I am soooooo ready. I got to 202 6 years ago through mostly excercise but personal challenges and injury had my weight inch up 5-10 lbs a year I believe I can reach this goal in less than 2 months as long as I’m diligent....then never again above 200....7

Make sure that’s not the wedding colors, have a modest jacket.6 -
My mini goal is to finish January with no added sugar or sweeteners. I decided to do a month free of sugar/sweeteners after overdoing Christmas treats. A reset is just the ticket. After January ends, I'll assess the next mini-goal, but it will likely be tennis related.6

My office is doing an 8-week weight-loss challenge, so my goal is to be at 170 even on the last day of the challenge. It's a nice round number and it'll be 8 pounds from my starting weight.6

I've got a body composition scan in early March, and I want to be down at least 5kg from my previous scan results (3 month period).5

I have a cute shirt that is my mini goal right now. It's a little snug in the stomach area but with a little bit more weight loss, I should be able to fit in it quite nicely!7

loose the next 7 lbs so i can fit in my kayak. got a good deal on it but am was too big for it. will be nice this summer.

Wearing sundresses this summer! I have about 6 in my closet hanging now that I have taken out of storage. Last summer I was unable to wear them, this year they will be all I wear and they may even gain friends if I hit my goal by May! Goal by May is 170lbs.14

Started Jan 2nd with a loss goal of 20. Mini goal of hitting loss of 10 by my birthday in early March. 1/2 way there. Second mini goal - to fit into my white jeans by Memorial Day!6

17 weeks to June. 1.5 lbs / week will get me to me goal. Let the meal planning begin...10

Went on vacation and lost 3 pounds while eating and drinking what I wanted.
Next goal is to be able to do 50 sit-up(currently able to do 25)8 -
First goal of 2019 is to get back to my low weight from 2018 - currently 5 pounds off.8
