Yay lost weight

So despite having a few bad days where I fell off the wagon I’m pleased to say I’ve lost weight!

On 3rd Jan I weighed 102.6kg (16st 2lbs). Today 17th Jan I weigh exactly 100kg (15st 10lbs)!

I hover around 2500-2600 calories per day, and I still spend approx. 2 hours per day in the gym where I’ll do 1hr 30mins cardio and the rest strength such as:

3x 20 reps of 28kg lat pull down
3x 15 reps of 70kg leg press

I also eat pretty much what I want.
