Hitting the plateau

Hello. As much as I workout I just can’t seem to lose the weight I’m literally stuck. I weight 160 and I’m 5’4 and would like to lose 30 pounds. Please help 🙁

    Whoa everyone here will till you that is an unhealthy caloric goal. Strenuous workouts can cause water retention plateaus, but as for the diet, you shouldn't have less than a 1200 calorie goal.

    It is pretty much impossible that you are eating 900 cals if you struggle to eat that much and aren't losing weight. 900 cals isn't enough food for a toddler.

    There are very common logging mistakes that most of us made starting out. Check out this thread, tighten up your logging, and understand that it's perfectly normal to have a week or two here and there where you don't lose weight. Good luck!
