Pleased that tracking macros on this app seems to be working. Watching fat intake is super-useful.
Just been eating healthy, hitting macros targets about 80% of the time, kept below calorie target each day and just been for. 20-30min walk each day too.

    Ha, good question! Way too much pizza and a lot of food on the go. I travel a lot for work so always eating out and grabbing quick-fixes...not a good habit.

    Hello, I started my diet 10 days ago, I was originally 105 KG, I am 100 KG now. I used to eat fasr food all the time. Now I try to keep my meals clean, and I do not crave eating like before, and I feel the shift in my mindset and my body.
    I am very happy that I get across your topic, and I am glad that I am sharing my short 10 days trip.
