Let me start off with saying I did 95% good with my nutrition but TOMORROW I’m going to take my before pictures and I’m going to start working out. After having my twins I NEED to see a change in my body with my own eyes.

But she already has started, which is the main thing.
OP: remember to be kind to yourself, and take things slowly. With twins, you are likely plenty busy already! Small, incremental sustainable changes in diet and exercise will win out, hands down, over hasty or more drastic ones.
