    Hi team ranged! I'm totally excited to make this happen! although 3.5 miles per day is a LOT for me, I usually don't go that far. I'll have to really push it.

    Go team!! Too bad today doesn't count, me and the dogs walked about 4 miles today including a trip to the dog park. Oh, well I guess we'll have to go to the dog park again (I'm sure they'll be upset lol).

    The mileage thing is it any miles walked run or cycled or just run and walked, and wow those airplane poses are fun I have really crap balance my core obviously needs work... :)

    YIPEE!!!! I LOVE THAT THEY COUNT!!!!

    I would love to see daily updates...it will keep the boards alive and will allow us all to keep encouraging each other (and to be encouraged). Daily updates are not required though. But I will always need your weekly totals by Sunday at 9pm EST.

    Biggest Struggle In Your Journey Right Now: The days that I work, I am a nurse and work 12hour shifts 3 days a week.....its a double whammy b/c we have so much junk food there and I have almost no time in the day to work out. They are very challenging days for me!!!!
    Favorite Zombie Themed Book/Movie/Game/Show/Etc: Right now the Walking Dead is my fav. show and I am super psyched for the Zoombie 5K that I signed up for!!! www.runforyourlives.com I am doing the Baltimore one Oct. 22......in case anyone else is in the area!!!!!
