I'm technically 5'2.75 , but usually just go with 5'3. I'm 36 and maintain around a 115-118lb range. I lost a bit over 43lbs in about 9 months. My current measurements are 31-24-35.

    Good luck on your journey!

Your starting point is right where I'm at and where you're at now is my goal. How long did it take. Did you do anything specific?

It took me about 9 months to get to my goal weight. Once in maintenance, I had to figure out my calories and ended up losing ~10 additional lbs that I decided to not regain.

How I lost the weight: I logged everything that I ate and drank. I bought a food scale and weighed everything. I still do, in fact. I set my loss goal as .5 lb per week and ate around 1400 calories a day. (I did eat back most of my exercise calories.)

I ate and drank anything that I wanted. I just did so within my daily caloric allowance. It may not have always been easy, but it was much simpler this way. If I had an off meal or day, I got right back on the calorie counting the next meal.

Hope this helps! Keep at it, and you'll reach your goal!

    Good luck!

    I was 5’3 118-120lb range
    Now I’m at 5’3” 130-133lb range
It’s crazy, but even a 10lb weight gain and I can really feel the difference, and it’s hard to fit into some of my clothes
    Trying to lose those 5-10lbs

10 pounds (in either direction) means a lot to us shorties :)
