    Success: Good loss this week. Worked in a few glasses of wine to enjoy with friends. Stayed within my goals.

    Challenges. Not accepting that second glass of wine 🍷! Have 2 lunch dates this week. Have already checked the menus and know I will be good. Will also be getting in couple of long runs in between lunch dates.

    I started this challenge last year, but was having digestive issues that I had to deal with. Now that I have those issues figured out I am back ready to work towards reaching my goal this year.

    This week's challenges: I totally failed at resisting snacking on both weekend days. I have a feeling it's hormonal since it's tom for me, so maybe I can get it together for next week's weigh ins.
