So I am new to this, just had our 5th baby and I have no idea what to do! Help!?! I want to lose about 20lbs

Thank you, now I just have to get some exercise in and get the baby to sleep at night. Lol
Plus I have a big appetite, I am always hungry so I have a hard time "dieting".0 -

Make whatever macro helps you feel full longer your priority (for me it's protein, your mileage may vary). Fiber can also help in that regard. Also utilize things like veggies which are usually low-cal allowing you to eat large volumes of them.2 -
Are you breastfeeding? If so you need to remember that you burn additional calories by doing this. Many in the same boat choose to eat at around maintenance making their deficit the calories burned breastfeeding. If your deficit to too much in this situation it will affect your milk supply.1
