It’s raining and the only thing I want to do is lay in this bed and watch TV! Ugh! Today is one of my workout days and I can’t be bothered to lift a finger! 😒😒

    Some days you need to take that emotional health day. However, give yourself a time limit. Force yourself to start by saying you will do a 5 minute workout. Once you get into it, no doubt you will continue. If not, that's ok too. Make it up some other way. Maybe a quick walk around the block.
