At the moment I have 1280 to eat and say and gain extra for exercise. I usually burn about 250 a day as go to tre gym daily. There is no way I can eat all these calories. I checked my weight I only lost a pound in two weeks but about 4 pounds of body fat. Thank you for your advice

Before I answer your question, can you answer one for me?
Do you use a food scale to weigh everything you eat, and then log it into your food diary accurately, with no skipping, cheating or forgetting?1 -

1 pound in 2 weeks is not a bad loss. How much do you have to lose? Also, what you mean by losing 1lb but 4lbs or body fat?1 -

Yes. eat all of the 1280 and half of the 250 at minimum. to not eat this can be harmful to your health. but you are likely eating more than you think you are (which is not meant as an insult WE ALL have a long learning curve on this and even a year in I find errors and issues).
But ensure to use a food scale and weigh all foods and carefully select entries.

while i guess you probably ARe eating the right amound now, if ever you found you actually could not eat all those calories, select foods that are higher in calorie density. don't go for skim and no fat, pick 1% or 2%. it's a super easy way to add calories without adding bulk. eat nuts. a super healthy food that is high is calories. But FIRST i would get a scale and double check how accurately i was logging0
