I've been on this for a week...today is day #8. I've always had to keep a journal in order to be successfull in losing weight so this is really good for me. Dieting is NEVER easy. I've gained and lost weight my whole life...the ups and downs are so emotional. I've had 3 back surgeries so I don't exercise like I use to but I've learned I can't lose weight by cutting calories alone so jump in there and try to do something exhaustive every day. haha Good luck.0
