Hello! I am new to this site as of last week, and I really think its GREAT! I am needing support and motivation to lose a 25 lb regain of a 65 lb loss a few years back, I just let my self slip and slide back into some old terrible habits. Not eating that well and not exercising as I normally would. I am looking for like minds, and I believe that I have found them.
