Does anyone else experience no energy what so ever. I started my diet about 3 weeks ago and have been dieting and exercising three times a week. But I seem to have no energy what so ever. I need help. What I am doing wrong.

What is your calorie limit set at? Are you restricting carbs? How's your iron intake? Is it close to TOM? What is your sleep schedule like?1

Are you eating more calories on days you are exercising? Sounds to me like you're undereating.
I had that problem when my calories were too low.
Give us some context: your current weight and height and calorie goal.0 -
I usually feel fatigue during my period but otherwise, I feel energetic. I find when I reduce my carb intake, I feel sluggish. Not sure if that could be the case for you. Also, I spend maybe 2-3 hours a week working out so that I don’t burn myself out at the gym.0

This is tough to answer without more details. It could be for a hundred different reasons, but the most likely have already been posted. Would you be willing to set your diary to public or share some more about your food and exercise routine so we can help spot what might be going on?0 -
I am 5’4 and 160lbs. My calorie intake is 1700 a day. I work behind a desk from 8-5. By the end of the day and after working out I could have up to 200-300 calories left for that day.0

Maybe carbs - but not necessarily. How long have you been going with lower carbs, and how low?
You say you're leaving 200-300 calories uneaten? Why? If you are exercising, eat a little more on those days. Are you logging food here on this site?
How's your sleeping? Eight hours every day? Do you have little kids at home? I mean it could be depression or any number of things. Have you had blood work done in the last few months? Could be thyroid or nutritional deficiencies like B vitamins, Vitamin D, or any number of medical issues.0
