I’m probably the person who would snatch a biscuit from a baby if I was craving sugar ... but I feel like my villain 🦹‍♀️ days need to be left behind ... well for a month at least okay okay okay 28 days !! I’m hoping to drink more water also !! Just wondered if anyone else would be interested in joining me 👯‍♀️and hoping to lose a bit of podge while I’m at it !!
So for 28 days
I’m cutting out
Sweets 🍬
Chocolate 🍫
Fizzy drinks 🥤
Juice 🍊
Added sugar 🥄
And other things with a high amount of sugar

Feel free to join and add me

I'm pretty much following this at my Doctors guidelines. The only one I struggle with is the chocolate one

I think everyone understood you were joking.

This forum has many new threads daily and lots of them get few replies... Just keep posting in it and you'll get some people who want to join you, I'm sure. :flowerforyou:

I think I've seen some Ghirardelli dark chocolate bars with minimal sugar.

I'll join you. I'm all for taking candy away from babies. Annoying little brats. They should all be gluten-free keto vegans anyway.

I have sometimes cut out chocolate for a period of time - aka Lent.

But not for Febuary and not all the things on your list.

I perfectly well understood 'taking candy from a baby' is a figure of speech, as I'm sure did everybody else.

But just didnt answer because have no intention myself of doing the things you mention.

I will look into them. As long as they fit into my calories I like a little treat every now and then.
