Well, I certainly failed at getting into the 32" jeans. In fact, from posting that message I proceeded to gain nearly 20 lb at which point I stopped weighing for 6 weeks. When I resumed weighing I had gained another 11 lb. 2018 was an altogether not good year. My high of 219.4 was on September 20. After a week of keto and the first week whoosh, I have reached a point below that weight at which I stopped logging. Of course it's only a "water" difference, but it's nice to see on the report chart.
Oh, my mini goal. Today it is to get to bed without any more food. I'm at my carb limit of net 20.12 -

Even the psychological differences matter, and I think it's maybe ironically true that this is even more true when you're knowledgeable about the way this all works. Be strong!5 -
Tired of being single.7

I brought my gym clothes with me and will actually do exercise after work and I have a gym date with a friend on Wednesday! My goal is to actually get started here again as I constantly eat these days and I don't care whether I am healthy or not and I want that to change - I know I will feel better for it!7

My last mini goal was to reach 50lbs lost. I reached it today (yay) so the next mini goal is 55lbs. I’m aiming for 5lb goals at a time. Seems more rewarding that way.26

Okay, so I was hoping to be much closer to Onederland than just two pounds by the new year, but I'm not stressing.
I'm at 205 right now and this is the lowest I've been in the 200s since May 2018. My mini goal is to get back to Onederland by April 4th for a Healthy Wage challenge I entered, which is absolutely attainable! So here's to reaching Onederland, and to getting paid doing it! :P10 -

My fitness and weight have been on one hell of a roller coaster ride the last 5 years. Going to give MFP another try. I always prided myself on being fast and fit on the bike and even a better than average runner. That just ain't happening right now. My mini goal is to fit into my kit by the end of March and to look good in it by May. Speed will come with fitness. Fitness will come with work.11

Got to my goal of 160 on Monday, which was the small victory of the lowest weight I had been in two years.
My next milestone is to go from obese to overweight. I have a few pounds to go so hoping to get there by the end of the month.8 -
I have 6 pounds to go until my BMI goes from obese to overweight!14
