    This Weeks successes: Started Keto-Carnivore this week after a great deal of investigation. I think I like it a great deal. Done very well this week.

    This Weeks Challenges: Work extremely busy, causes stress and impulsive craving. Need to get balance to avoid falling off.

    - I walked, ran or stair climbed 30.7 miles this week, (2 runs). I have done 1-2 yoga workouts 6 days and strength training ~2 days.
    - I may increase my weekly miles goal.

    This week's challenges:
    - I've been feeling not quite fully healthy off and on. A touch of nausea here, a deep muscle pain there, a few headaches and some disruption of sleep. I want to blame it on the weather's constant flux.

    This week's successes: lost another pound setting a goal for Feb of -5 lbs.

    This week's challenges: Plan to eat healthy and cut some calories, get my 8000 min steps a day. I will be traveling for several days this month so my challenge will be to incorporate exercise in each day and eat healthy which will be tough. Hopefully March 1st I will be around 265.
