When I started my journey in 2016, I never thought I’d get in such great shape. It has been hard! Lots of ups and downs, and trying to get myself into a healthy relationship with food. I’ve always eaten when happy, when sad, sick or not, as a way to comfort myself. This holiday season, I’ve kept my weight gain to less than 8lbs! Last year, I gained 22. Getting ready to start my after holidays lean out to get back to my best shape. Here is to a wonderfully healthy, fit 2019 for all of you!
