I have been STUCK in the 250's since March, re-worked my diet & exercise last week, added in some vitamins from GNC, and I am no SOOOOO close to 240!! I am so excited I may ACTUALLY reach my goal of 175 by next summer if I keep this up :flowerforyou:0 -
I know the feeling. I am staying right around the same weight as you are. But on the 28th I should be approved for some weight loss pills through my doctor. I am excited because maybe it will help me loose the weight. Either I will loose an x amount of weight or I will not be able to stay on them.0
