Any Ruckers? (GORuck)

Hey everyone-
As a teacher (and a father), I sometimes have to become creative with my time. Generally, each day, I eat lunch throughout my teaching period and during my actual lunch period, I go out and do a 1-2 mile ruck.
Is anyone else using a rucksack as part of their everyday fitness? Is it changing the way you choose to work out your back?

I don't ruck everyday, usually twice a week but I avg. 6-18 miles per week with 35-60 lbs at a 12-15min per mile pace. It does not really change the way I workout my back or weight training schedule other than not doing back the following day after a long ruck. Mainly rucking impacts my running schedule.
