Keto carb question

Does anyone know if I can eat a granola bar without coming out of Ketosis? It has 14 carbs, 7 grams fiber...so 7 net carbs. I’m staying under my 20 net carb limit if I eat it...but it just feels so wrong and I’m paranoid!!

I don't know enough about the specifics of ketosis to know if your body will somehow process the 7 net carbohydrates from a granola bar differently than it would process the carbohydrates you're, presumably, regularly eating within your 20 net carbohydrate limit. It seems bizarre to think these would be different than the net carbohydrates you're eating each day, so why do you think it would be inappropriate to eat?
I would ask if this level of worry feels good and healthy for you. I wouldn't be happy if I was wondering if eating a granola bar was "wrong." It's a granola bar.5 -
You’re right, logically it doesn’t seem it should be any different than carbs I eat from vegetables. I guess I feel I just don’t know enough about the science either. There’s no expert I can ask...I’m just going by information I’ve researched online. The lack of certainty makes me hesitate only because it takes several days to get into Ketosis and I’m really excited about my weight loss journey and don’t want it stalled.0

Also not keto, but my understanding is that different people find they can stay in ketosis at different levels, it may take some trial and error to figure out.
You could try joining the low carbers forum, maybe there will be some guidelines in there:

The only way to know how it would affect you is to test your blood glucose before and after eating it. For some, it might be too many carbs or sugars. Others might be fine with it, or fine with a walk afterwards.
For many, slipping in and out of ketosis is not big deal. For some who are fat adapted (keto a few months) the bar may affect them very little.
Keep in mind that you do not need to be in ketosis to lose weight.0
