Olive oil, switch to whole dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt), eggs, olives and fish. That's all I can think of right now! Good luck!

Olive oil, avocados, coconut oil. Seeds (don't know if these would trigger your allergies the same way that nuts would).

The fat in those is going to be mostly saturated so it should be limited. Olive and canola oil and avacodos are good sources of monounsatured fats. Fish or fish oil pills, sunflower or sesame seeds (or oils) and ground flax are also good sources of healthy fats.

Fish, though I hate to admit it as I am very morally opposed to it. Linseeds (omega 3), olives and olive oil.

I wouldn't consider animal fats as healthy sources.

All natural peanut butter and I like Almond Milk, although I know you said you're alergic to nuts, but it tastes great in shakes, is all good fat and is 1/3 of the calories of 1% milk.

Aside from processed foods, all fat is good fat. It's good for the brain, the joints, etc. If it comes from a natural source (animal, nut, vegetable/fruit, etc) Go for it--- just eat it in moderation.

If you are allergic to some but not all nuts, I just discovered Sun Butter. VERY YUMMY. It is like peanut butter but made from sunflower seeds instead fo peanuts. This is a good source of good fats and proteins. Almonds are great. Avocado. Olive oil. walnut oil, avocdo oil, sesame oil. Use these oils some appropriately and always measure the amount. Too much of a good thing is too high in calories.

Bacon is a good source; and you can always use straight lard instead of mayo or butter too. It's typically in the baking aisle.

I hope you're not making fun of lard. It's better for you than both mayo and butter.

Hmmm...that's a tough one! I love avocado and peanut butter, but those are out for you, huh?

What about Pumkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sunflower butter (instead of peanut butter?)

    Good luck!

She asked for 'good' not 'healthy.' I took 'good' too mean plentiful, copious, hearty, etc.

    As in, clogs your heart?

I eat meat a couple times a week maybe. Only cage free chicken :]

Had to put being a vegan on hold for the time being due to allergies and intolerances

I've got quite a few food intolerances (gluten/soy) myself and my doc never told me that they would be a problem for going vegan, what intolerances do you have?
