    Ok I'm in and am looking forward to this but one question, how do you find your original post to update it or do you have to search through the thread each time to find it?

    Thank you for starting these threads. It's nice to have some level of accountability. Plus 5 lbs is a very realistic weight loss goal per month.

    Another thing you can do is keep track of what page your last post was on and then scroll to find it on that page. Works for me :)

    I'm ready for February and meeting my goal, for once.

    I've cut down on soda, juice, etc, dramatically - once a week works well right now. Fiance and I are committed to the gym 4x/week - civil marriage set for May 2019. <3
