Back for another month. Anyone can join or leave whenever they chose, this is an open, friendly and supportive challenge.
We all know February has less days than the other months, but all the same, we can smash this!!

Ok I'm in and am looking forward to this but one question, how do you find your original post to update it or do you have to search through the thread each time to find it?1

What i do, instead of searching for my last post, I fill it out in my notes on my phone, and update on there for the week then copy and paste it onto here

Another thing you can do is keep track of what page your last post was on and then scroll to find it on that page. Works for me2 -

I've cut down on soda, juice, etc, dramatically - once a week works well right now. Fiance and I are committed to the gym 4x/week - civil marriage set for May 2019.
