Hey Ashley, feel free to add me. I've been on MFP since 2016, but just opened it up yesterday. I'm about 35 pounds away from my fitness goal and wanted to connect with others on the journey because I may be hitting plateau and I DO NOT want to mess up my success thus far . As for food ideas, I've started using a little turmeric on chicken and rice. It's suppose to help with sore knees and such. I actually like the toast as long as you don't use too much. Yet to be seen as it relates to sore knees. I've also starting replacing brown rice with riced cauliflower in some meals. I monitor my blood sugar and I've noticed that if I limit the carbs around dinner, my blood sugar is lower.0
