The object of this challenge is too MOVE. Miles/steps as many as you can. Come every day or every few days or once a week and LOG YOUR PROGRESS so the rest of us can celebrate with you! *see your progress*
My PERSONAL GOAL will again be WALKING. I hope too get in at least 100 Miles in February.

I want to join. 100 miles is 160 km. I will use my fitbit so only my steps will count. I'm now a bit sick🤧 so I don't know if I can do that but I will try to come as close as possible to you.1

I walked 124 miles in January. I’d like to join the February challenge with a goal of 150 miles.1

I knew someone with a stress fracture Machka. They had too take it easy BUT it depends on how bad the fracture is and I'm sure your Dr will help you with that decision...Hang in there!0

Thanks! I go for an MRI on Wednesday to find out what's going on.
I'm hoping I'll still be able to cycle.

I would like to join you all! I do a lot of virtual races. Last year I did 10 and walked over 550 miles. This year I’m aiming for 15 and would like to walk 1200 miles for the year! I just completed my 6th one for this year today.
Feb 1: 14,214 steps = 6.01 miles
Feb 2: 12,358 steps = 5.22 miles
Total miles for Jan was: 128.27!1 -
