I have a dream to change my body to a model body i have one month to lose 30+lbs and im so excited to start this journey tomorrow

It's good you've got some ambition I just wouldn't set such strict time limits, one month isn't much time to loose 30 lbs. I'm gonna add you anyways as I'm in the same boat (30-35 LBS to loose) and I wanna see what comes of this.2

Goals are a great thing to have, however...
To lose 30 lbs in a month, using 2000 calories as a guess of your BMR (calories needed just to keep living), you would have to burn roughly 5500 calories a day while consuming nothing but water... and it would leave you looking like a body-double for Skeletor... not to mention giving you a whole host of medical issues.5 -

If you mean you are aiming to change your body to look like the below then I think you may find a month is not long enough. I am pretty sure that those guys have worked really hard for a long time to get into that kind of shape.
Still it always good to have ambition and I am sure given, a good meal plan and a decent exercise/lifting programme you can make some good changes in a month.

If you think models look like pasty, waxy, skeletons with thin dry hair and dark circles under their eyes then you are on the right path.7

Even supposing you could reach that goal, why would you want to, other than out of sheer childish stubbornness? That kind of nutrition deprivation can wreak havoc on your health and overall wellbeing. It's just not necessary.4

Like an estimate of body fat loss is 3,500 calories to lose a pound. You seem to think you're going to lose a pound a day based on losing 30lbs+ in a month.
Just assuming the lowest calorie intake possible, 0 calories, that would still put you at needing to burn 3,500 calories a day, which is fairly active even for a person eating, not starving. MFP is going to say 1,500 calories is a minimum safe amount for a male, and that is going to mean 5,000 calories a day which is probably at least college athlete levels of calories, and again, most of them aren't doing that on trying to lose weight diet.
I'm in favor of enthusiasm, but I think you might want to consider what is realistic.5 -

I'm excited to see the change! I've found fasting once or twice a week (just liquids or one small meal at night) can really help.
Everyone's different, I think it's more realistic to focus on inches lost or muscle gained rather than weight on a scale.
I like your BIG goal. ...whether it's reachable or not. I think pushing yourself for a month is a great start!3 -

OP, literally no one ever got a "model body" in one month. If you are really serious about your goal, you should be willing to put in the work and time.3 -

TBH I don't think OP is really serious anyway, because that # is literally impossible considering he's not obese. But for lurkers I just think it's important to offset all the unrealistic expectations people get from the weight loss industry. People feel defeated when they try to do what they see on Biggest Loser or some fake Insta person and give up all the time. One lb per week is a realistic goal for most people, IMHO why not shoot for a goal you can actually reach. Welcome to the forum BTW :drinker:7 -

A realistic goal for weight loss in a single month is 4lb.
Here's how it works:
1lb of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories.
That means that to lose 1lb of fat, you need to eat 3500 calories less than your body needs.
To lose 1lb of fat per day, you would need to undereat by 3500 calories every day.
Most men need about 2500 calories per day. So in order to undereat by 3500 calories per day the OP would need to eat... -1000 calories.
Do you see why there might be a tiny problem with this?
Even if the OP is just a troll or an advertiser, he's encouraging other people to think that this rate of loss is physically possible and even desirable. And there's a huge problem with that, especially at this time of year when the forums are full of people who, like yourself, don't know much about how weight loss actually works.5 -

TBH I don't think OP is really serious anyway, because that # is literally impossible considering he's not obese. My hubby decided to lose 30 lbs a couple of years ago. He has always been a weight lifter and very active, so was in great shape, just wanted to cut some. He lost it in 3 months. Sadly, he was no model. His lean body was covered in saggy skin and he looked ill. He lost a lot of his muscle gains and has just now gotten it all back. Many friends expressed concern for his health. And someone (supposedly) thinks doing this in a month is either possible or advisable? Sure.
You impressionable folks who see this before it's shut down, don't buy it.
