How can I shed some inches in 3 weeks?

I haven't worked out in 3 months I lost 65lb still slowly losing & maintaining. How can I shed some inches for vacation in 3 weeks?

I did the 30 Day shred and lost 8 inches. It is circuit training. That will do it for ya!! And also eating clean.0

any of jillian michales (non-beginner) dvds. 6week 6pack is good. and if you want a longer workout do banish fat boost metabolism, and the hardest may be level 4 of ripper in 30 though the whole dvd is good. i've done 2weeks of that one. inches deff. melt0

I'd seriously eat under your calorie allowance...only about 900 to 1000
No you won't die of starvation and no your body won't go into 'starvation mode'!!
Oats for breakie (or cereal) 200 cals
Salad Sandwich for lunch 200 cals
Small dinner 500-600 cals
Fruits for snacks
MEASURE MEASURE MEASURE your food!!!!!!
Walk FAST EVERYDAY for 1/2 hour

You might make a difference in three weeks, and exercise is always a great thing to do, but don't be disappointed if you don't see a huge difference. You already look great, if your upcoming holiday motivates you to get into an exercise routing that's a positive thing, but don't stress over getting the absolute perfect body in three weeks.

It's an exercise video that cycles through 3 minutes of strength training, 2 mins of cardio and 1 min of abd for 3 circuits. I'm only half way through it and I've lost more than 2 inches off my waist.0 -
Thanks everyone -- I'm gonna buy an electronic scale to make sure my weigh ins are accurate & I'm gonna eat 1,200 cal a day & try to take 1/2 hour walks and possibly gym trips -- I'll look for the shred tape too0
