Just curious...All you 5'3'' women, what is your goal weight?

So I am 5'3" and my current goal is 125. I am thinking I would like to go to 120 but I tend to hover around 127.5. I know that everyone if built differently but I am just curious what your goal is.

5'3 and 135 here. Goal 120, but I would be happy to stay in the upper 120-s TBH. It entirely depends on how I feel getting there I suppose. 135 but in really good shape is an acceptible compromise for me. lol. Right now I'm 135 and kind of squishy. So I'm just doing my workouts, counting my calories and seeing where it takes me. :)

I’m 5”2, athletic built. I like myself at 120 even though everyone else says I look gaunt at 120. My body hovers at 125. To get a perception on size, at 125-130 I wear a size 4. At 120 I can wear a 2.

5'2" 1/2 here, close enough ;) I'm currently in maintenance as I've reached my goal of 125lb. My maintenance range is 124-127lb. I'd like to make it down a few more, so my maintenance would be 122-125lb, but it's slow going and will be a lot of work and being super strict, so I'll probably just maintain here and be happy :)

Same :) I don't really want to go any lower than 125 because I look sickly when I weigh that little.

We could almost be body doubles, except I'm 5'2.75" and your arms/shoulders are where I want to be. I'm currently at 120 and I'm really happy with where i'm at, but I am trying to get to 112 and re-assess when I get there.

I'd like to wear size 6 pants. Experience says I'll likely see the scale below 130 for that to happen, but I don't really care what the scales says as much as the number on the tag inside my waistband.

115, although I always get stuck between 125 and 130.

5’4 here, currently 125 and playing around with finding the right maintenance balance with my exercise. I’m pretty content, but I might go a few pounds lower, nothing below 120 though. That’s a bit too much for me I feel.

I’m just under 5’3” (I thought I was shorter for the longest time haha) and my original goal was 115 but the more fit I get - circuit training and weight lifting - the leaner I look so I’ve bumped it to 125 now! I currently float at 135 so I think anything more than 10 pounds will make me look a bit sickly. I can wear a size 4 no problem so I’m not too deadset on a number at this point.

Goal weight is 110 and then maybe if I can gain some muscle I wouldn't mind being a little bit more as long as my body doesn't jingle

    Hi I’m also 5ft 3, I am currently 9st 3 which is about 129 the lowest I have been is 8st 10 and that is 122lb.
I originally wanted it to be 120 as my goal but that would be too low for me personally, 122 was thin enough and people where saying I was too thin and looking ill at time. But I am a very athletic build so with the muscle weighing so much more others my height may be a lot lighter x

I'm in maintenance at 5'3 and hover between 115-120. My sizes vary from a 2 to a (skirt I have on today) 12! Please don't place any stock in sizes. They really don't mean anything. The 12 has some room, but is definitely not hanging off me.

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 125 lbs and once I get there I might reevaluate and see if I want to drop to 120lbs. I'm currently 146 lbs down from 200.

    Hi I'm also 5'3"!

Trying to lose a few pounds (goal 115, currently between 117-120), then when I reach maintenance - recomposition.

Overall goal is to get stronger by lifting/kickboxing :) There is no specific timeline for me, I just want to stay as active as possible and enjoy the process.

Just shy of 5'3". I'll be happy to get back down to about 123-124. That's where I was hovering a few years ago, but ultimately I want to fit back into some pants and skirts that fit me then that don't anymore. I know I was at 114 at one point in college when I was really sick, so I don't really want to go lower than 120.

Sew in a new tag, then. Job done.:smiley:

+1 and that's why I made the joke above. ;) My closet has everything from a medium to a 2X and I don't care what the tag says. I go based on how the clothes fit and look, and over time I've learned which size from which brand seems to fit best. :)

I recognize all of that. I have 2 pairs of jeans. They are identical in style and fit. They are the same brand as the last batch of jeans I wore, and as close to the same style and fit as I could find. I'd like to first fit back into the size 8 model, then pursue the size 6 of them. I also have a drawer full of pants in assorted sizes that don't necessarily conform in size to the numbers on the labels. I see more value in what the tape measure says than the scale. Better? But personally, I don't look at the numbers on the actual tape measure unless I'm drafting a pattern to sew. I go by how my pants fit. And right now it's 10's. The 8's are here waiting. I'm chasing 6.

I think I looked best around 135-145. At 120-125 I looked sickly. Technically 140 is right at the top of “normal” so I’ll probably set that as my goal for switching to maintenance, then focus on recomp if I’m not satisfied.

39 yrs old and 5’ 3”, currently hovering between 132-134 lbs. I wear size 6–8 US jeans. My ultimate goal is 126 lbs but I would be happy to just break through under 130 lbs with BF at 22%.

I’ve purposely set my restrictions to .5 lb/week since I’m only trying to lose 5-8 lbs and I’m not in a hurry to sacrifice my hard-earned muscle to do it. And, if the tape measure continues to shrink in number (which it has) and the scale still refuses to budge then, I will still consider it a win and accept my low 130s.

    I’m 62 and at 5’2.5” I’m currently at 130 (down from a high of 183). I wear a size 4 jeans and either a S or XS in tops.

My goal this year is to get to 125. I’m fine with where I am though if I can’t make that happen.
  • Im 5ft 2.5 lol i weight 133lbs want to get down to 118 lbs and strengthen my core and gain some abs lol

About 120 is what I'm hoping to get to. Maybe it will be a little more or little less. Just depends on what I look like and how I'm feeling.

Just low enough that water weight fluctuations still keep me within range. I thought that'd be 130, but maybe 135 will be okay.

I'm 5'3.5" and think anywhere between 112-120 is fine for me. My shirts are Xs/sm and pants are usually 2s, but need the waist taken in. Sometimes junior sizing fits, somewhere between 1-5.
