Next up, jumping off a cliff to prove that people are wrong when they think you can't fly?6 -
Yall. It's just weight loss. Plus, he's a dude. Most guys I know are like, "hmmm..I'll give up beer and eat a salad a few times a week..." 30 lbs gone. Dont be so serious.10

It's not just weight loss, it's a matter of health. Losing 30 lbs on an already healthy weight body requires a grossly low calorie diet and has serious repercussions to health. Readers need to know it's not safe.7 -

He may very well just be a troll or bored, but he came on here and is telling vulnerable people who want to lose weight fast that losing 30 lbs in a month is viable for a man already at or close to a healthy weight. It's irresponsible. There's a fun & games section on here if that's what people are looking for.5 -

Did you see any of the posts pointing out the actual maths of this? He’s leading people to believe that something impossible may be possible, and in doing so encouraging incredibly unhealthy behaviours and expectations in people who don’t know any better.
Personally, I think the health implications of trying to eat -1000 kcal a day are quite serious.2 -
Long term calorie deficit will turn a person hypothalmic and possibly mess up the thyroid function, sex hormone production etc for life, but most people should recover if they only do it for a month (presuming they are healthy when they start). Seems to me that if you dont agree with his bravado attitude (there is clearly a feeling of inadequacy driving this so give him a break, even if it does come acroess as arrogance), then dont answer the post. I only noticed this post because it is getting activity!!! Good luck everyone!!6
