    Another thing you can do is keep track of what page your last post was on and then scroll to find it on that page. Works for me :)

    That is what I do, been doing this challenge for 2+ years now. 😁

    To ask a silly question - to update your weight, do you quote yourself and edit it, or is there another way to do it, other than typing everything over again?

    Annoyed but so be it. Just more fuel to the fire. I also know I played my butt off at my bout yesterday and didn't have as much water as usual. So with plenty more water and some gym time, I'm hoping to see at least 240 next time.
