Annoyed but so be it. Just more fuel to the fire. I also know I played my butt off at my bout yesterday and didn't have as much water as usual. So with plenty more water and some gym time, I'm hoping to see at least 240 next time.1 -

Yesterday taught me that I have the willpower to NOT eat after dinner and just drink water.
I had a large breakfast and did not have dinner until 5pm. My food choices were semi-healthy (beans, eggs and fruit for breakfast and 6oz steak, salad with ranch and sweet potatoes fries for dinner).
Now, I need to apply this willpower to after work evenings and after workout evenings. The gym continues on a regular basis this week since last week we were more concerned with moving and we only worked out last Monday.

I did more than an hour of workouts yesterday (non-skating) but am still up slightly. It really frustrated me in January. Perhaps skating is more than exercise and is stress relief which helps me to lose weight?
