Hi there! I'm a 30 something who has a sedentary office job who is needing to lose over 100 pounds! I recently started going to the gym 4-5 times a week, stopped eating out, and am trying to make better choices all around.
I am looking for good motivators and accountability partners! Specifically, those who have a large amount of weight to lose, too.

Hey! I'm in my thirtys as well. I had nearly a 100lbs to lose. I am half way to my goal weight. You're welcome to add me as a friend.1

I have lost 42lbs since October, and my wife has lost 65 since July. She used optavia with no gym time, and I tracked my calories and worked out 4 times a week. I'm 37 she's 31. Just take it one step at a time and never get discouraged.1
