  • I am having the same issue as well. I feel the goals are way to high in number. Is there a good way to make it more keto? and is there any way to have the macros calculate net instead of gross carbohydrates?

Here are my current macros set by my nutrition coach. 125g carbs, 50g fat, & 100g protein. I started out at 210 pounds and have lost 10 pounds last month. Obviously you weigh a lot less so yours would be different.

Macros are a vague guide, not something you need to hit consistently, and don't directly affect weight or fat loss. Macros are for satiety, and some health and fitness goals. Many of us use the MFP defaults, looking at protein and fat as minimums to be reached or exceeded and let carbs fall where they may.
