I am having the same issue as well. I feel the goals are way to high in number. Is there a good way to make it more keto? and is there any way to have the macros calculate net instead of gross carbohydrates?1

Here are my current macros set by my nutrition coach. 125g carbs, 50g fat, & 100g protein. I started out at 210 pounds and have lost 10 pounds last month. Obviously you weigh a lot less so yours would be different.1

This is an excellent thread on setting macros: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets/p13

Macros are a vague guide, not something you need to hit consistently, and don't directly affect weight or fat loss. Macros are for satiety, and some health and fitness goals. Many of us use the MFP defaults, looking at protein and fat as minimums to be reached or exceeded and let carbs fall where they may.2

KISS...
Focus on calories first as those are what matter. You can work out macro ratios for yourself along the way. There is no universally optimal macro ratio...the macro ratio for a marathon runner and a bodybuilder would be quite different.
I think people do way too much hand wringing over macros with little to no benefit. When I logged, I just started with the defaults...as I worked on my nutrition I upped my protein and reduced my carbs a little and that was about it. I don't log, so I'm only vaguely aware of my macros and it has caused no harm in these 6 years of maintenance.5
