Should I maintain or can I lose a few more kilos?

I started a diet about 3 months ago and have lost 5 kgs. My ideal body weight is still a bit less but looking healthy is the most important thing to me. Can you tell me if you think I should maintain now?

You look really great in that photo to me. What do you think? And..how do you feel about food?
Do you want to maintain at lower calories than you would now? That's what I think about. I could lose more.. I'm in the upper middle of my BMI..but I really don't want to diet longer, I am super tired of it and I like how I look.. ...I'd rather work on learning maintenance strategies that work at this point.

At your body weight and height, you are at the lower end of healthy for your BMI. I don't think you should go any lower or you will quickly end up in the underweight category.

So that's like 112 lbs, right? You are already at the bottom of the healthy weight range for your height, so I doubt you would see much benefit from losing more weight. If I'm remembering correctly, I think you also posted about lifting programs, correct? I think that's really the way to go, a recomp. Check out this thread when you get a chance:
