This is my first day on MFP, but I've been dieting for two weeks, and have lost fourteen pounds!!! Please add me as a friend so we can encourage each other!

  • Today is my first day on this stie. My sister told me about it, she's already lost 21lbs! GO SISTA!! I recently quit smoking and am worried about putting more weight on. Today marks my first week w/o smoking! YEAH ME! I didn't do very well today w/my calories. We had a school function that took place around dinner time so we brought dinner home. I'm going to do better tomorrow and exercise a little more. Right now my main focus is staying smoke free! This place seems kinda fun and I look forward to meeting and making new friends. Good luck to all of us!
