I’ve been trying to do this Keto Diet for about one month and a half and I just really feel like I’m not doing it right. It’s a lot of information and it’s definitely overwhelming. I feel that I might be eating the wrong fats or maybe too much protein. Some advice would be great

@valdezabimael79 there are so many ways to do Keto and do it correctly. In time I expect you will find the way that works for you. Being Keto since Oct 2014 I am still learning but the first year was a steep learning curve in my case in part to the disinformation about Keto on the web and in the news.
The only one thing that I know that is required is to get carbs down to 50 grams max daily. Over time the fats and protein should sort themselves out. Over four years later I still eat around 50 grams daily. The only hard and fast rules that I use are that I do not eat any foods containing added sugar and or any form of any grain. It is simple, easy to do and most of all it is giving me back my life.
At 63 in 2014 my health was in a serious tail spin after dealing with Ankylosing Spondylitis for 40 years. Now at 68 my health (ability to walk and more) and my health markers are better than a few decades ago.
I went Keto in hopes of being able to avoid starting Enbrel injections that my medical team wanted me to start on back in 2014. While I was just trying to stay alive and mobile I did lose 50 pounds the first year without trying for weight loss but just pain management. In my case I still eat about 3000 calories daily and have maintained the weight loss. Now that I can walk well again I am sure I am burning more calories as well.
If in time you realize Keto may not be the best Way Of Eating in your personal case there are 1000's of other WOE's to check out.

Hi, I am doing Keto. I also had a hard time getting started. I had been interested in keto since last summer, watching tidbits of info here and there. Then I really started on it about 10 days ago, although starting a healthy journey a week after January. Since then I have been researching, watching videos, testimonials, everything KETO. I have lost 5 lbs so far. You can add me and view my diary for types of foods I eat. Although I still do calorie count as well. My biggest meals always end up being a big hefty salad, with some type of protein. I add berries to my diet, include in my salad, I eat almonds and pecans, and I love my Avocado!! Breakfast is usually a handful of spinach, a few eggs, a couple slices of bacon made into crumbles, add in sliced avocados and a tablespoon of sour cream, breakfast salad!! Before I know it it's past lunch ,on it's way to dinner, because this type of diet makes me feel full!! Anyway, just what I have learned and done so far 😊
