I have two boys, ages 7 and 9. I work full time at their school (it's a k-12) in the high school library. I have to rely mostly on counting calories but manage to get in about two workouts a week.0

Yup mom of 2; 2 1/2 and 5 months old. Started out here about 2 months ago tracking eating and excersize it has actually worked really well so far and I’m well on my way to goal!! Some days it’s hard to find the time to workout but my husband has been very supportive and never complains about watching he kids even when they’re crying and screaming so I can get my gym time in. I also try and plan my meals ahead of time and have low calorie snacks on hand ie geek yogurts, tuna, veggies, fruit etc to avoid eating junk.2

Hey, happy for anyone to add me. I'm a mum of 2, little girl who is 3 and little boy who is 1.
Got my act together after my little b9y was 1 and if almost hit 20 stone. I go to the gym twice a week to do weights. In November I started the couch to 5k running programme. Graduated in January and now run 5k three times a week. I go to the gym when my eldest is at nursery and the youngest goes in the creche at the gym. I go running in the evening when my husband gets home or at 6.30am on a Saturday morning.
That combined with calories counting I've lost 62lbs so far.
Good luck fellow mums x4 -

I’m a mom of two! 10 and 7 and really struggle with mom guilt. It’s hard for me to find the time to exercise because either I’ve gotta cut out an hour and half of sleep or miss time in the evening. Anyone else struggle with the mom guilt?!0

You got this. It can be hard balancing the journey and being a mom. But try to set a routine for yourself. Put 1hr to yourself. Maybe while your child is napping or in bed. This is a tough journey but u are not alone. 🥰 best of luck on this new chapter of your life.0 -
