Hi all, will have a crack at this too. Weighed myself yesterday so Friday will be my weigh in day. I lost 40 pounds between March and July last year but then things stagnated. I'm currently about 34 pounds less than last March but will draw a line under that and aim for another 30. I have a holiday in Spain at the beginning of April so I'd better make a start. Started out at 178.6 at end of January. Want to get down to at least 150....although 145 would be great(if I can maintain it.) crazy how the weight can come on so quickly but so slow to lose.
