Y'all all look incredibly amazing!!! Here's mine,
101 lbs down, might've taken 7 years but I made it lol42 -
Before pic was taken last May at a company event...ugh. But I didn't buckle down and get serious until November. I am feeling great....still only about a third of the way to goal but I am in it to win it. Approx 235 in before pic and 194 in after. I'm excited to see what the next 30 to 40 lbs bring!

i got the first pic taken at a con that i went to in 2017 and i was so bummed by my appearance that i refused to get any other pics with other celebrities the rest of the weekend. the second pic was from this past week when i went on a cruise and got another pic and this one was SO MUCH BETTER. i'm not done yet but there's a 60lb difference and it was really nice to take a pic and not hate it 😂39 -

Just over 3 yrs and 50ish lbs.
A shame that losing weight doesn't cure resting bish face 😅

450 lbs vs 350 lbs. The one on the left was taken around my late teens. The one on the right I was 22. I'm now 23 and working my way towards 250 this year. So much weight to lose still... so it's easy for me to forget what I've already lost. I'm looking forward to it.49 -

I love this post! It's so nice to see everybody's progress!
My post picture is from six months ago as well as today.
I have been on this "weight loss adventure" since 2006 and at one point had lost 70 lb weighing in at 138. I evened out around 145-150 and stayed that weight until approximately 2012 when I switched to a different type of job. Upon taking that desk job where I was working 10 to 12 hours a day the way slowly creeped back. The past four years I was working a job that was just so stressful all I did was eat and sleep and my health suffered. I went back up to 206 lb. My blood pressure was borderline where I would need medication, I was seeing a sleep doctor because of the exhaustion I could just not stay awake or do anything.
Come August 2018, I decided to quit that job and open my own business... also started a part-time job for supplemental income until things get going better. I have lost almost 30 lb already (29.4 to be exact) my blood pressure is back to normal and while I am still working with the sleep doctor I am doing much better and I'm able to take walks and function again.
Over the last 13 years I have learned a lot! My goal weight is not as low as it used to be, I think I'd like to lose another 10 or 15 pounds and I will be good. I have learned a lot about myself, my eating habits and what I can feasibly do for exercise on a regular long-term basis. I've also learned that what is more important for me is my health and not necessarily what my body looks like.
I am feeling good this time and hopefully things will stay this way 🙂

Oh wow! Hard lessons learned!! Great job figuring it all out now and what works for you. Good health is definitely SO important! Keep up the great work you’re doing for your body and mind!!7 -
A couple months after my first baby was born in 2015 vs now, 2 months after my third! 35 lbs difference here. I think it’s so important to look back on progress, especially when the scale isn’t moving as quickly as I’d hope and motivation is dwindling.43 -
