First, awesome job on 185 pounds lost!
Second, I am not an expert but try and change things up! Don't work out for as long! Your body is now a machine and everyday it starts to run better and better! Since your fitness levels are so high you are going to see a decrease in the calories burned!
The more fit you are, typically, the less calories you will burn because you are in physical shape!
Don't know if you have changed your goals to maintance yet, but if you have not, you could which will give you more calories! Remember it just a guideline! You need to find the right level for you
You are probalby not losing because your body wants the deficit you are leaving! You can start eatting them and you will probably see a bit of a loss again!

Yup, your body adapts to extreme exercise. I would most definitely take a solid week off from the gym. Eat a bunch, of everything you enjoy.
It sounds like you've made great progress. After a nice break your level of fitness should increase.0
