Starting the journey

Hello all.

Well I have ordered my bits and pieces to start tomorrow. Needs to be done and it’s easier to start when my partner is away - no chocolate temptation then.

I’m liquid dieting for the first 5-7 days ( I need a kick start and detox) long term plan is to use green smoothies for breakfast and lunch and then a healthy dinner. Fruit and veg snacks allowed. My working hours mean I often miss breakfast and lunch and then bingeing in the evening. Hopefully adding smoothies with mean it helps curb the evening binge and boost my metabolism. Fingers crossed.
