35, living in Aus, need to lose 20kg (or 40lbs) healthily and sustainably. I’ve recenrlt changed alcohol habits and happy to help with that side too. Is there a group for this? Nothing better than social accountability...

The title of this group is exactly what I need! I'm Kate, 33 and loving in Portugal and am determined to be fit healthy (And maybe even skinny😉) by the end of this year.

I'd love people to share the journey with on here, as I get to grips with how it all works, and on fitbit too.

I'm keen to share recipes, successes and moments of meh.

    Happy Sunday everyone!
