44 used to be fit. Now I'm not. Overweight. Anyway decided to kick my self into action after diabetes 2 scare, so going to reverse that and get my mojo back. Was 16 stone 13 a week ago now 16/8 after a week of giving up sugar and eating rubbish and going back to the gym :) need to loose 50lbs in total in less than a year- here goes :) and hello by the way :) never eating refined sugar /processed food again.

    Hi. Great start you have made!! Good luck on the rest of your journey 👍 you can do it ☺️ I lost 3 stone last year......joined here just over 2 weeks ago now. It's helping after i hit a brick wall. Would love to lose another 2/3 see how i go! Great support on here. Feel free to add. 🙂
