Just enter your info in and follow the calories that MFP suggests and log everyday, and weigh and measure all your food. Don't make too many changes at once. Eat foods you normally eat but make sure you're staying in side your cals. I like to eat lean protein and veggies but you don't have to to lose weight. You just have to eat less cals than you burn.0
